Bring the existing key after checking with us. Protected keys and master key systems may require a security card or proof of authorisation.
Broken or lost key
Tell us whether you still have an original key. If a key has broken, let us know whether the broken piece is in the lock. Whether a new key is enough or cylinder replacement is sensible depends on the situation.

The price depends on the key type. Send a photo or describe the key. We will tell you whether a copy is possible and what it costs.
