Igor Lewiew & Co OG Neulerchenfelder Straße 26, 1160 Vienna, Austria Phone: +43 681 20675741 Email: [schlosser-wien@outlook.at](mailto:schlosser-wien@outlook.at)

## Service selection and price check

Your selections are processed only in your browser. The calculator does not send your details to us, create a customer account or store your answers permanently. Reloading the page starts a new session. No order is placed automatically.

## Contact by phone, email or WhatsApp

When you contact us, we use your details to handle your enquiry and prepare or carry out the requested work. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing concerns pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract. Statutory retention requirements remain unaffected.

A WhatsApp link opens a prepared message in the external WhatsApp service. You can edit it and send it yourself. The service’s data processing terms apply as soon as you open it. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, you can call or email us. Details: [WhatsApp privacy policy](https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea) .

## Cookies, fonts and external services

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, Google Analytics or Facebook plugins. Images and fonts are loaded from the same server as the website. The Google rating is a manually maintained snapshot. No Google map or external review widget is embedded. Connections to linked third-party services are made only when you open the relevant link.

When you close the privacy notice, we store only this choice in your browser’s sessionStorage. This keeps the notice closed when you move to another page. The entry is not sent to us and lasts only for the tab session. Your price check answers are not stored.

## Retention and your rights

Information from a contact enquiry is kept only for as long as needed to handle it, carry out a subsequent job or meet legal requirements. Calculator selections end with the current page view.

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing. You may withdraw consent with future effect. Contact the email address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the [Austrian Data Protection Authority](https://dsb.gv.at/rechte-pflichten/ihre-rechte-als-betroffene-person) .
